With over 15 years of experience as a health care attorney, he counsels clients in healthcare regulations such as antikickback statutes and Stark Law, HIPAA and HITECH statutes, and telemedicine/telehealth. Reza also represents clients in Certificate of Needs application processes, peer-review/hospital privilege proceedings related to medical staff privileges, and health care professional disciplinary hearings.

Over her tenure, Ms. Jackson has conducted numerous educational training sessions for healthcare providers related to Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, special education for students with disabilities, educational vs. medical autism diagnosis, child developmental milestones, and Care for LGBTQ seniors & seniors with HIV.

Ms. Jackson has received her certification from the DC Office of Human Rights to trainer long term care facilities’ staff in preventing discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity and expression when caring for LGBTQ seniors & seniors with HIV.
