Reza Ghafoorian is a medical doctor and a healthcare regulatory attorney. He founded G2Z Law Group, PLLC in 2012, focusing on serving individual professionals and practices. With over 15 years of experience as a health care attorney, he counsels clients in healthcare regulations such as antikickback statutes and Stark Law, HIPAA and HITECH statutes, and telemedicine/telehealth. Reza also represents clients in Certificate of Needs application processes, peer-review/hospital privilege proceedings related to medical staff privileges, and health care professional disciplinary hearings.

Mr. Williams provides comprehensive and quality health law counseling to health care professionals and businesses. Mr. Williams focuses his practice on two legal fields: healthcare law and patent law. As a healthcare attorney, Mr. Williams provides general counsel legal services, including advising on corporate formation, partnership agreements, employment matters, sales or service contracts, licensing agreements, lease agreements, partnership agreements, health care regulations including Stark Law and Anti-kickback Law, HIPAA, HITECH, and Telemedicine/Telehealth. Mr. Williams also has experience in representing health care professionals in disciplinary matters.

An industrial engineer by training, Ms. Jackson joins us with over 10 years of outreach servicing to healthcare practices in the DC area. Over her tenure, Ms. Jackson has conducted numerous educational training sessions for healthcare providers related to Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, special education for students with disabilities, educational vs. medical autism diagnosis, child developmental milestones, and Care for LGBTQ seniors & seniors with HIV.
Ms. Jackson has received her certification from the DC Office of Human Rights to trainer long term care facilities’ staff in preventing discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity and expression when caring for LGBTQ seniors & seniors with HIV.
