Mr. Williams provides comprehensive and quality health law counseling to health care professionals and businesses. Mr. Williams focuses his practice on two legal fields: healthcare law and patent law.  As a healthcare attorney, Mr. Williams provides general counsel legal services, including advising on corporate formation, partnership agreements, employment matters, sales or service contracts, licensing agreements, lease agreements, partnership agreements, health care regulations including Stark Law and Anti-kickback Law, HIPAA, HITECH, and Telemedicine/Telehealth. Mr. Williams also has experience in representing health care professionals in disciplinary matters.

Mr. Williams has also over 15 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications. Mr. Williams was a Patent Examiner in the biotechnology group at the US Patent and Trademark Office.  As an Examiner, Mr. Williams examined domestic and national stage PCT patent applications in the fields of viral immunology, including gene expression, bio-devices, medical devices, medical diagnostics, bioinformatics and protein expression.  As a patent attorney in private practice, Mr. Williams has experience in drafting and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications in the fields of biotechnology, medical devices, and mechanical applications.
